Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use Akivus: email address, watchlist preferences, notification settings, and purchase history.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (authentication and user preferences) and our Pipeline Postgres database (filing data and analytics).

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.

Third Parties

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the platform:

Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
PostHog — product analytics in cookieless mode

Analytics — Cookieless

We use PostHog for product analytics in cookieless mode (no cookies, no localStorage). No personal data is collected through analytics.

Your Rights (GDPR Article 17)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, all personal data including email, preferences, and purchase history is permanently removed within 30 days.

Data Selling and Tracking

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use third-party tracking pixels.

Newsletter subscriptions use double opt-in. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
