1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Akivus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Services

Akivus provides SEC filing intelligence products including company due diligence reports, significance-scored filing alerts, company briefs, and research datasets. All data is sourced from SEC EDGAR via the Thesma API platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may create an account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Reports are priced at $9.99 per report as a one-time payment. Reports are generated on demand and delivered immediately; therefore, refunds are not available for report purchases.

Subscription services (Alerts) may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Akivus provides data for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Akivus is not liable for any investment decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

6. Redistribution

Reports and data purchased through Akivus are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or republication of reports or data without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. API Usage Terms

API access is available to Pro tier subscribers. Usage is subject to rate limits and is restricted to non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
